Problem Note 55311: Batch script fails with "ERROR: File TMP.RD_ENVIRONMENT_INHERIT.DATA does not exist."

In SAS® Risk Management for Banking, when you run a provided script such as the batch macro %rmba_batch_cf_analysis_project, there is a failure to create the playpen environment. The following error occurs:
ERROR: File TMP.RD_ENVIRONMENT_INHERIT.DATA does not exist.
This problem occurs because the sas.pathname configuration setting is not sufficient to obtain a necessary library path.
There is no workaround.
